For former Urbana University students who have not attended the university during the past twelve months, or were academically suspended
Former Urbana University students who have not attended the University for a period of twelve (12) months, or those who were academically suspended, must apply for readmission to the University.
Readmission Applicant Requirements/Materials:
- Completed undergraduate application
- Official transcripts from any regionally-accredited institution where credits were earned since last enrolled at Urbana University
- Written proposal for readmission, including a detailed plan for improving academic performance (if the applicant was suspended for academic reasons)
