Early Childhood Generalist Endorsement Preparation: It’s Time

Want to expand your current teaching certification and broaden your employment opportunities? If you already have an Ohio teaching license in Early Childhood Education (PK to Grade 3), this endorsement allows you to expand the scope of your certification to include all content areas for grades 4-5.

Urbana University’s program offers flexibility for the organized and motivated working adult. You can take a hybrid mixture of online and on-campus classes over your summer break.

Earn Generalist Endorsement and Expand Your Teaching Opportunities

Early Childhood Generalist Endorsement students must hold an Early Childhood Teaching License and professional and pedagogical content courses.  You can use content courses completed as part of your bachelor’s degree with a grade of “C” or better to satisfy content requirements.
