Student Success Assistant

Work Hours will be Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am- 5 pm

Position Summary:

  • To provide administrative support for the Tutoring Center located in the Learning Commons

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports the day-to-day operations of the department. Duties may include, but are not limited to: assisting students with scheduling tutoring appointments, data and statistics entry, creating and updating schedules using the tutoring center’s online scheduling platform, maintaining a clean and organized space in the tutoring center, keeping up to date log of textbooks.
  • Treat others with patience, understanding, respect and encouragement
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Works well with others
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication, computer and customer service skills
