Office Assistant - College of Education

Position Summary:

  • To assist staff and faculty in the College of Education

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining office supply inventory
  • Maintain front office in absence of Administrative Assistant
  • Retrieval of data and updating files
  • Typing, copying, filing and faxing
  • Answering phone
  • Keeping office areas clean and organized

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Dependable
  • Ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude
  • Requires Federal Work Study award

Preferred Skills and Characteristics:

  • Education major, preferred

  • Work hours are within regular business hours
