Lead Student Ambassador

Position Summary:

  • One position available: To work with Assistant Director of Admissions to oversee & manage admission tour guides (up to 5), manage & update tour script, manage & update tour experience, manage campus visit report.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in planning and implementing campus visit days & campus tours
  • Shadow & update; campus tour experience, admission events, admission presentations
  • Manage admissions tour guides schedule and training
  • Plan, organize, and conduct tour guide meetings
  • Meet weekly with Assistant Director of Admissions

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 2.5 GPA
  • Junior or Senior status
  • Effective communicator, leader, courteous & friendly
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Time management

Additional Notes/Needs:

  • Build tour guide program
  • Focus on campus visit experience – individual & group
  • Allows international students & other higher income students (non-work study) to gain experience & earn an income on campus
  • Cultivate future employees
