Assistant Athletic Trainer

Urbana University, a division of Franklin University, is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Assistant Athletic Trainer position.  This is a temporary, full-time, benefits eligible position scheduled to last through the end of May, 2019.  Duties include providing athletic training services as determined by the Head Athletic Trainer and the Executive Director of Athletics prior to, during and after practices and contests.  The Assistant Athletic Trainer will attend all practices and home games of their assigned sports.  Urbana is an NCAA Division II athletic program.  A high level of commitment to the academic mission of the athletics department is required.       

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and two years of previous experience in addition to NATABOC certification is required.  Must have current CPR certification and have or be eligible for State of Ohio athletic training licensure.  All Urbana University Athletic programs and staff must function within the rules and regulations as established by the NCAA and the Mountain East Conference.
