Adjunct Faculty - Political Science

Urbana University is seeking adjunct faculty members to teach Political Science courses in a face to face format.  Fall Term begins August 17, 2020 and courses are 16 weeks in length.  Classes will be taught Monday-Friday during the day (varies depending on the specific course). Courses include: Intro to Political Science, State & Local Government,  American Government, and Constitutional Law.  If interested, successful candidates may have the opportunity to teach online courses as needed.

Position Requirements: Minimum qualifications include an M.S. or M.A. degree in Political Science or a closely related field. Juris Doctorate or Doctoral degree in Political Science, American or Comparative Politics, Public Administration/Policy, or a closely related discipline is preferred. Prior teaching experience at the college or university-level in the classroom and/or online is preferred. In order to be considered for these positions, you must have daytime availability.
