URBANA, Ohio (April 11, 2008) - Urbana University’s Royal Blues concert band and University Singers choir will be holding their 2008 Spring Concert on Sunday, April 27, 2008 at 4 p.m. in the Sara Landess Room located in the Student Center.

The band is under the direction of John Gore and will be performing a variety of selections including “The Washington Post March”, “Fantasy on American Sailing songs”, and “Second Suite in F for Military Band.”

The choir is directed by Robert G. Marks and will sing several selections including “Dedication”, “Set Me as a Seal”, and “Neighbor’s Chorus”. Solos by several choir members will also be included in the performance.

The concert is free and is open to the public.
