Christmas on Campus
Christmas on Campus is Urbana University’s annual holiday celebration.
Typically held in the first week of December, Urbana University welcomes members of the community to campus to enjoy an evening of fellowship and fun.
Choirs and performance groups from Champaign County schools perform holiday music. The Urbana Royal Blues Jazz Band, University Singers, and Theater department also perform selections throughout the evening for everyone to enjoy!
Families are invited to enjoy holiday activities and crafts hosted by our UU elves in Santa’s Workshop. Santa Claus makes a special visit to Urbana University to visit with kids of all ages! There are numerous activities to meet everyone’s needs- some events have included holiday films, an ice skating rink, and horse-drawn carriage rides around our festively decorated campus.
In the spirit of the holidays, all of these activities are provided for free to the entire community. We hope to see you at Urbana University to celebrate Christmas on Campus!
