The Registrar’s Office develops the official academic record from the admission file and the initial registration form.

The official academic record includes the application for admission, high school transcript, ACT test scores, official transcripts from previous colleges or universities, and the letter of acceptance. In addition to the official University record of courses completed, final grades and transfer hours, all letters pertinent to the completion of the academic program according to the policies outlined here will be maintained as a part of this file.
