The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the maintenance of each student’s permanent academic record.
Primary services provided by the Registrar Office include registration for classes, recording of grades, maintenance of transcripts, verification of enrollment, evaluation of transfer credits, and processing of graduation applications. We are committed to maintaining accurate information while protecting privacy. The Office further supports the academic mission of the University by consistently enforcing its academic policies.

Urbana University Honors Academic Achievements
May. 6th, 2013Urbana University recognized many of its top students for their academic achievements at the Honor Societies Inductions and Awards Convocation on Friday, May 3.
The College of Arts & Sciences named Marci Copley, from Kenton, as the Outstanding Communications Arts Student. Gina Grusenmeyer, from Tipp City, was awarded the Outstanding Humanities Student. The Outstanding Vernon Lestrud Theatre Student Award went to Amanda Rockhold, from Urbana. And named the Outstanding English Student was Christopher Workman, from Troy.

UU Golf Scramble Set for July 19th
May. 21st, 2013The Urbana University Athletic Department is hosting its annual Blue Knight Golf Scramble on Friday, July 19th. The event will be held at the Woodland Golf Club in Cable, Ohio. Registration for the event begins at 9:00 a.m. Golfers will tee off at 10:00 a.m. in a shotgun start. Proceeds for the event will benefit the Urbana University Athletic Department. The registration fee is $100 per golfer or $360 per foursome. The registration fee covers greens fees for 18 holes with a cart and lunch at the turn provided by Rudy's Smokehouse. An awards ceremony and reception will take place after the round. Please register by Friday, July 12th. Read More
