The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the maintenance of each student’s permanent academic record.

Primary services provided by the Registrar Office include registration for classes, recording of grades, maintenance of transcripts, verification of enrollment, evaluation of transfer credits, and processing of graduation applications. We are committed to maintaining accurate information while protecting privacy. The Office further supports the academic mission of the University by consistently enforcing its academic policies.

Urbana University Launches M.S. In Nursing (MSN) In New Online Format

Urbana University is pleased to announce that the expansion of its Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program will include a new online format, available beginning this August. Ducey Named New Women's Basketball Head Coach

Urbana University Athletic Director Doug Young appointed former Blue Knight standout and assistant coach Haley Ducey as the next Head Women’s Basketball Coach.

“After an extensive national search, we decided that the best person for this job was already here on campus,” explains Young. “I have known Haley since she signed to play at Urbana University out of high school in 2007. She was an exemplary student-athlete for four years, a dedicated assistant coach for two years, and a loyal employee and recruiter in the admissions office these past two years. We are proud to have a true Blue Knight take charge of one of our most successful programs.” Read More
