The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the maintenance of each student’s permanent academic record.

Primary services provided by the Registrar Office include registration for classes, recording of grades, maintenance of transcripts, verification of enrollment, evaluation of transfer credits, and processing of graduation applications. We are committed to maintaining accurate information while protecting privacy. The Office further supports the academic mission of the University by consistently enforcing its academic policies.

Club 16 to Host Youth Football & Cheer Day on Sep. 6

The Urbana University Athletic Department and Club 16 are inviting all area youth football players and cheerleaders to attend the football team's home opener on Saturday, September 6th. Any youth football player or youth cheerleader in uniform will receive FREE admission, a free gift from Club 16, and be invited onto the field at halftime to participate in an activity with UU football players and cheerleaders. Kickoff is set for 12:00 p.m. The Blue Knights will battle the Cavs from the University of Virginia-Wise. Read More

UU and Champaign Family YMCA Partner for Student Memberships

Urbana University and the Champaign Family YMCA are partnering to offer semester-long Y memberships to full-time students. Effective immediately, all students that reside on campus will enjoy a membership that will enable them to access increased fitness facilities and organized intramural sports.
