The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the maintenance of each student’s permanent academic record.

Primary services provided by the Registrar Office include registration for classes, recording of grades, maintenance of transcripts, verification of enrollment, evaluation of transfer credits, and processing of graduation applications. We are committed to maintaining accurate information while protecting privacy. The Office further supports the academic mission of the University by consistently enforcing its academic policies.

109 Named to A.D.'s Fall Honor Roll

Mar. 1st, 2015

A total of 109 Urbana University student-athletes maintained a GPA of 3.25 or higher and enrolled in at least 12 credit hours in the 2014 Fall Term, earning a spot on the Athletic Director's Fall Honor Roll.

In the fall of 2012, Urbana University student-athletes posted the most successful academic semester since records were kept. A school-record 121 student-athletes made the Athletic Director’s Fall Honor Roll. Never before had more than 100 Blue Knights landed on the Honor Roll. Now, after the most recent fall semester, the Blue Knights can boast 4 straight triple digit numbers on the AD's Honor Roll. The Blue Knight football team had the most representatives on the Honor Roll with 22. The volleyball team had the most representatives on the women’s side with 13, unseating the softball team, who had a two-semester run on top. Read More
