Community Auditions for UU's Production of Spamalot

URBANA, OH (December 11, 2012) - The Urbana University Singers production of Monty Python’s Spamalot will be presented on April 19 & 20, 2013 in the Grimes Center. Once again, the community at large is invited to be a part of this production. Community Audition Night will be held on Wednesday, January 9 at 6:00 p.m. in the Hub on the University campus. Those auditioning should bring a prepared song of your choice; one which showcases your vocal abilities. There will not be an accompanist at the audition. You may bring your own, a recorded track, or sing your selection a cappella.  The audition will also include some type of reading and possibly some dance. Due to the mature content of this show, no one under the age of 18 will be permitted to audition.
If you have any questions, email Bob Marks, director of choral activities at bmarks@urbana.edu.
