Room Draw Process for Returning Residential Students

ALL RETURNING RESIDENTIAL STUDENTS MUST PARTICIPATE IN ROOM DRAW!
Visit the Campus Life Office (Student Center) if you are looking for a roommate.

The Room Draw process enables a student, or group of students to apply for a single room, suite, or double.  Only completed applications will be processed.  Applications that are incomplete, or contain students that are NOT registered for Fall 2013, or applications that are not on time will NOT be processed.  Any group that loses a member (suites and roommates) will have their choices forfeited and may lose their chosen spot or be assigned to room with another student.

Applications must be received by NOON April 12, 2012 in the Campus Life Office (Student Center) to receive full credit.  Draft orders will be determined and publicized the day/night of the draw. Single Rooms and Suites will draw first on April 17, 2012 at 7 p.m. in the Moore Conference Room of the Student Center.  Double rooms will draw on April 18 in the Sara Landess room at 7 p.m.  Only one person needs to be present, but ALL paperwork needs to be in when choosing for rooms.  Please indicate which bedroom desired (on the application) for the suites.  Students looking for doubles should only complete #’s 1 and 2, singles- just #1.

All residential students should have received a Room Draw application on their residence hall door. If you did not receive one or need a new application, download your Room Draw application here!
