UU Men's Bowling Team Wins Raider Classic
Nov. 14th, 2012On Sunday, November 11, 2012, the Urbana University Blue Knights men’s bowling team won their first collegiate bowling tournament. After three second place finishes, the Blue Knights won the Raider Classic held at Beaver-Vu Lanes in Dayton. In 2nd place was Notre Dame College of Ohio, and 3rd place, Martin Methodist College of Tennessee. Other teams in the tournament were from Ohio State, Purdue, and Wright State. All together there were fifty men’s teams competing.

Urbana University RELAY FOR LIFE & President's Bike Ride
Mar. 29th, 2012Urbana University’s own “Tour de Urbana” cyclist, President Stephen Jones, will lead a 22-hour overnight bike ride beginning at noon on Friday till 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning. His goal is to ride a mile for each of UU’s 162 years. Cyclists of all ages and cycling experience are invited to join him for all or a portion of the 10 mile course throughout the campus and bike trail to help raise money for the RELAY. SATA Hosts Pancake Breakfast & Easter Egg Hunt
Mar. 20th, 2012In recognition of National Athletic Training month, the Urbana University Student Athletic Training Association (SATA) is hosting a Pancake Breakfast and Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 24, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the lower level of the UU Student Center. The Easter Egg Hunt will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the center of the campus quad. In case of inclement weather, the Easter Egg Hunt will move to the Student Center.
