Peace Events Carry Out Titus Legacy
The Alicia Titus Memorial Peace Fund was established at Urbana University in August 2002. The purpose of the fund is to carry out the legacy and spirit of Alicia’s life, which was cut short by the tragic events of September 11, by sponsoring programs for the University and community that promote and support a culture of peace.

This inspirational choir is under the direction of Catherine Roma, founder and director of Cincinnati based women’s choir, “MUSE”. The World House Choir formed last year as part of the Celebration of Coretta Scott King’s birthday. Please join us for this uplifting performance with songs of peace and social justice honoring those who died on September 11, 2001. In the tradition Coretta Scott King and all of those who have dedicated their lives to a more peaceful and just world and in the spirit of Alicia Titus, victim of 9/11, we warmly welcome you to this performance of hope and inspiration.
