Third Annual Andia Shisler Memorial Benefit Overwhelming Success

The Shisler-Gephart Family and Urbana University partnered for a third consecutive year for the annual Andia Shisler Memorial Benefit. A Poker Run followed by dinner featuring a performance from The Hipnotix was held at the F.A.S.T Training Complex in Lima, Ohio.

A silent and live auction were incorporated into the event and over $7,000 was raised. Hundreds of attendees celebrated the life of Andia Shisler, including the Urbana University Women’s Soccer Team. The winner of the 50/50 raffle was Steve Carr. The benefit supports the Andia Shisler Memorial Fund at Urbana University, where Andia was a college student.

Andia’s mother, Judy Gephart, stated, "We are all sure Andia was smiling! We couldn't do the benefit without all the help from family and great friends."

Event coordinators would like to thank everyone who attended, donated or helped with the planning for making this year’s event such a success. Special recognition goes those who contributed to the benefit including: all of the volunteers, Texas Roadhouse, F.A.S.T. (Time and Tina Lones) Cappies, and Lima Harley Davidson.
