Urbana University offers a Bachelor of Science degrees in business with majors in Accounting, Human Resource Management,  Management, and Marketing.

Our business programs provide a learning experience which extends beyond the classroom with opportunities to explore and experience real workplace critical thinking issues, such as developing a strategic plan for the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce. Our senior capstone course requires students to work as a group to develop a business from conception to implementation. Our Student Business Association provides business students with the opportunity to have a voice in the administration of their educational experience.

Urbana University's business programs are accredited by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE).

Our MBA program is a two year program. We offer classes weekday evenings as well as Saturdays. We offer classes on our main campus, Dayton Campus, and in Marysville. Our MBA program has an international component in that approximately one-half of the students are from foreign countries, which adds a rich component of cross cultural learning. Additionally, the Chapman School of Leadership in Sustainability is focused on delivering Services in Education for Economic Development and Sustainability
