Small class size and individual instructionUrbana University's Adult and Continuing Education programs serve the unique needs of adult learners, recognizing family, job, and community responsibilities. Classes are offered in Urbana, Bellefontaine, Dayton, Piqua, and Springfield. Accelerated classes meet one night per week for eight weeks.  Admission and registration for the eight-week classes in the adult program are continuous throughout the year. Online courses are available with advisor approval.

Adult and Continuing Education offer associate's and bachelor's degrees in:

  • Business Management
  • Criminal Justice Leadership
  • Healthcare Management
  • Human Services Leadership

Transfer and Prior Lifelong Learning Credit

Urbana University has established agreements with regional community colleges and other four-year institutions, making it easy to transfer previously earned college credit. Students may be able to earn up to 15 credit hours for previous life and work experience by developing a portfolio.
