The Urbana University Financial Aid Office and the Student Accounts Office are committed to the overall mission of the University. While working collaboratively with each other and the rest of the University and within federal and state regulations, they provide financial services to students in order to help them pursue their educational and professional goals.

The staff of the Finanical Aid Office and the Student Accounts Office exist to help students seek, obtain, and make the best use of all financial resources available. The staff of both offices provides high quality service and guidance with the utmost respect, sensitivity, and empathy to our students and their families. The staff strives to communicate with students and families clearly, frequently, and effectively.

We encourage all students and their families to contact us with all financial aid and billing questions.

Attention All Financial Aid Recipients:

Due to Federal regulations that do not allow financial aid to be disbursed onto student accounts until 10 days prior to the start of each semester, financial aid will not appear on your bill until the start of each semester. However, as long as you have completed all of the appropriate financial aid paperwork, we will be able to give you an accurate statement on your account before the start of each semester.
