The resumé is a very important document in your job search. Because employers will likely spend only 10-15 seconds reviewing it, it must be concise, well-organized, and aesthetically pleasing. Your resumé must describe your background as it relates to the position for which you are applying. It will not be a complete autobiography, but will highlight your assets and omit your weaknesses.
