Urbana Moves to 6-2 With Win Over Ursuline
URBANA, Oh (Nov. 29, 2007)—The Urbana University women’s basketball team improved their record to 6-2 on the season after shooting down the Ursuline College Arrows 74-65 in non-conference meeting.
The Blue Knights were led by junior Enisia Curry as she posted a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds. Freshman Jessica Byrd stepped up to add 15 points while junior Tia Simms had a well-balanced game with 13 points, five steals, and four assists.
The Blue Knights will have a week off before traveling to Indiana Tech on Saturday December 8th with a 3 p.m. tip-off.
