Blue Knights Fall to Bears in Five
Urbana, Oh (Oct. 24, 2007)--The Urbana University volleyball team fell in five games to host Shawnee State by scores of 27-30, 28-30, 30-28, 31-29, and 6-15.

Urbana was led on offense by Heather Powers who again matched her career-high with 25 kills. She also added 25 digs which was second on the team. Lisa Schulte led on defense with 28 digs and contributed 14 kills.  Audree Castle ran the offense with 57 assists and 12 digs. Kalie Denton moved herself into the record books with nine service aces which put her in a tie for fourth in aces in a match. Kelly Boyer added 11 kills. Jacie Peters had 10 blocks. Maria Wuebker dug up 20 balls.

The Blue Knights travel to Calumet College of St. Joseph in Whiting, Indiana for a quad match on Saturday October 27th before returning to conference play on Tuesday when they travel to the University of Rio Grande.
