Blue Knights Take Non-Conference Win Over Earlham
URBANA, Oh (Oct. 8, 2007)—The Urbana University women’s volleyball team broke the .500 mark for the season as they topped Earlham College in a non-conference match to move their record to 11-10. The Blue Knights finished the Quakers in three games, 30-25, 30-28, and 30-15.

Urbana was led on offense by sophomore Heather Powers with 13 kills. Freshman setter Audree Castle had 39 assists and 13 digs along with two kills and two aces. The Blue Knights were led on defense by junior libero Maria Wuebker with 27 digs. Senior Lisa Schulte, junior Kelly Boyer, and sophomore Jacie Peters all had nine kills while Boyer also added four solo and three assisted blocks.Peters also pitched in with two solo blocks and five assisted. Schulte had 11 digs. Sophomore Julia Harvat recorded 13 digs.

The Blue Knights return to conference play on Thursday, Oct. 11 as they travel to Cedarville University.
