Blue Knights Take Fourth Place at Mount Union
MOUNT UNION , Ohio (Oct. 1, 2007) – The Blue Knights placed fourth out of eight teams at the Mount Union Invitational. Urbana had a team score of 617, edging out Ohio Northern by two strokes. John Carroll University won the Invite with a team score of 595. Baldwin-Wallace and Mount Union tied for second with 598.

Sophomore Chad Garberich shot a second-round 74 and finished the two-day tournament with a 152 to tie for 13th place. Senior Kyle Vanover was not far behind, shooting a 153 (75-78), good enough for 15th place. Senior Andy Heskett (77-79) and junior Seth Reynolds (79-77) each shot a 156 to tie for 19th place. Brian Effingham rounded our Urbana's scoring with an 82-87-169.

The Blue Knights will play at the Ohio Dominican Classic this Friday and Saturday, Oct. 5-6 at Cumberland Trail Golf Club.
