To begin
your admission process, you will need to select your appropriate
admissions status and complete the application form attached
to that status. All relevant information on these forms must
be completed before your application can be processed by Admissions.
In addition
to an application for admission, required admission materials
include payment of a non-refundable admission application fee,
ACT/SAT scores (if under the age of 23 and have no previous
college level coursework completed), official high school transcript
and official transcripts from all previously attended colleges
and universities. First year and transfer students are required
to pay a $25 application fee (students who visit our campus or attend one of our Visit Days will receive an
application fee waiver). Readmits, visiting, non-degree,
education certificate, and post-baccalaureate applicants are
required to pay a $15 application fee. Fees and official transcripts
should be mailed to The Office of Admissions, Urbana University,
579 College Way, Urbana OH 43078.
International students should fill out the International application that applies to their intended course of study. Contact the Admissions Office if you have any questions regarding available courses of study or the application process.

Note: The
B.S. in Nursing Degree Completion Program is offered
in partnership with the Springfield Regional School of
Nursing in Springfield, Ohio. Classes in the nursing
major are offered only in Springfield at SRSN. Classes
fulfilling General Education and other requirements are
offered in Springfield, on campus in Urbana and at other
off-campus SAGE sites.
A
current unrestricted Ohio registered (RN) license is
required for admission to the BSN. If you do not have
an Ohio RN license, you are not eligible for admission
to the Nursing major.
