Application Instructions for Urbana University

  1. Complete all parts of the application form. Applications willn ot be reviewed without a completed application, transcripts, ACT/SAT scores, and the application fee ($25 or $135 for International applicants).
  2. Send official transcripts from all secondary schools and/or colleges attended. Transcripts must be sent directly from each institution.
  3. Submit an ACT or SAT I score. The Urbana University code for the ACT is 033460 and SAT is 1847.
  4. Submit a $25 ($135 for international students) non-refundable application fee. Students visiting campus or attending a Visit Day will have their application fee waived.
  5. Transfer students must submit a complete Transfer Student Report.
  6. International students must submit results of the TOEFL exam, although this may be waived, and a Declaration of Financial Support.
  7. Send completed application to Urbana University, Office of Admission, 579 College Way, Urbana, OH 43078.

Your application will not be evaluated without the complete application, official transcript, ACT or SAT scores and the $25 application fee.
