Brief Description
The intent of the Sports Management major is to prepare students for leadership positions in public, private, and commercial employment settings within the sports, recreational, and physical fitness areas. Students in the sports administration and management major will find job opportunities in promotions, public relations, fundraising, management of sports franchises, public recreational directorships, athletic directors in the public schools and colleges, and in media.
