Brief Description
The Organizational Leadership major provides students with the traditional knowledge and skills in general business and administration practices and specialized knowledge in general management that prepares them for employment in business professions. It is designed for individuals with an associate's degree or equivalent and significant work experience in a business/administration-related profession.
