IMPORTANT DATES
April 18, 2008: All financial obligations must be met to ensure you will receive your diploma at the ceremony. Urbana University policy prohibits the release of a diploma or transcript to any student who has an outstanding academic or financial obligation that has not been met by the stated deadline.
April 25, 2008: All Credit for Life Experience applications, portfolio credits, consortium grades and all transfer credits including any substitutions and/or waivers must be evaluated and affixed to the graduate’s transcript. This will permit the Dean of the Faculty to evaluate all graduation packages during the week prior to commencement.
May 3, 2008: Rehearsal (9:00 a.m.) & Commencement Ceremony (11:00 a.m.). Participation in rehearsal is required for any graduate planning to participate in the commencement ceremony.

Announcements If you would like to order graduation announcements, you may do so through Herff Jones.
Credential File Education majors may set up a credential file in the College of Education & Allied Professions. Contact Mary Lee Zerkle for more information.
Destinations Survey Graduates planning to continue with their current employer or who have already accepted a career position should complete the Destinations Survey through Career Services.
Job Coaching Graduates still seeking career positions are welcome to use Career Services for job search coaching and assistance. The Blue Knights' JobRecruiter, an online resume database and job posting system is also available.
Transcripts All transcript requests should be submitted to the Registrar's Office. There is a $5 fee per transcript and no transcripts will be released for any student with an outstanding academic or financial obligation to the University. Transcript requests usually take 2-3 business days to process.
