PHASE II

Pre-screening interviews for top candidates are obtained by RHPA and candidate files are updated online

Search Committee Chair receives access to RHPA Secure Client Suite to review top candidate materials online

RHPA presents top candidates to Search Committee; Committee selects semi-finalists – 5:00 p.m.

April 19-20

Search Committee interviews Semi-finalists at Port Columbus; selects finalists

PHASE III

April 21-29

RHPA conducts intensive due diligence on finalists

PHASE IV

April 23-30

Finalists are interviewed at the Urbana campus; possible concurrent home campus visits

May 1

Search Counsel reviews final due diligence with the Search Committee and assists Committee in compiling a final report for the Board; Committee recommends the next president

May 3

Board of Trustees selects next president
