“The flexibility of UU4LIFE’s program made it possible for me to juggle my full-time job, family life, and college education. Without that, I would not have been able to complete my degree.”
Erin Lucas
Co-Valedictorian
Class of 2003

“My greatest gift from Urbana University was my personal growth. I learned ‘critical thinking’ and to better appreciate diversity, which has helped me grow intellectually and to continually learn new things.”
Kathy Coleman
Class of 2003

“I have nothing but accolades for Urbana University. The teachers worked with us (Tom and his wife Jodi), and Judy Brown (Urbana University Dayton Site Director) was very helpful. Jodi and I met in college and we graduated together.”
Tom Shannon
Class of 2003

“The faculty and staff of Urbana University have walked along side of me when I thought I couldn’t go any further. I plan on furthering my education by going to graduate school thereby furthering my career goals.”
Kelly E. Winston

“If you have always desired to go, just take the time and do it. You won’t regret it. Your education can never be taken away from you.” (Advice to other adults considering starting or continuing their college degrees from an alumnus who is currently pursuing his doctorate degree while working full time.)
